Refund policy

All sales are final. Every Valley Chase box is a chase. What's inside varies from box to box, so we can't accept returns or exchanges, opened or unopened. Limited-edition merch is made to order, so it's final sale too.

If something goes wrong, we make it right

• Damaged in shipping: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the package and the item, and we'll replace it or refund you.
• Wrong item, missing item or misprint: email us within 7 days and we'll send the right one at no cost to you.
• Lost package: if tracking shows no movement for 7 days, email us and we'll work it out with the carrier and take care of you.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it ships, it can't be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
