These terms apply when you use valleychase.com or buy from Valley Chase, LLC ("Valley Chase," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
Valley Chase boxes are hand-packed collectible card products. Every box is built around one main card, and contents vary from box to box. Some boxes include extra cards or Pan story pieces, and some don't. Product photos and descriptions show examples, not a promise of what you'll receive. Limited-edition merch is made to order.
No guaranteed value
Collectible cards are for fun and collecting. We don't promise that any box, card or pull will be worth a certain amount or go up in value. Prices from our free tools or anywhere else are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is listed at the wrong price or is no longer available. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. Quantities may be limited.
Returns
All sales are final, except as described in our refund policy.
Free tools and show listings
Our free collector tools and card show calendar are offered as-is, for information only. Show details come from organizers and public sources, so please confirm dates and times with the organizer before you go. We review submitted show listings and can decline or remove any listing.
Using our site
Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or copy our content, art or the Purple Panda and Pan characters without permission. Valley Chase, Purple Panda and related names and art belong to their owners.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Valley Chase isn't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the site or our products. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies.
