Shipping policy

When your order ships

Card boxes ship within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting holidays). Every box is packed by hand, and we take the time to do it right.

Made-to-order merch

Limited-edition merch from our drops is printed after you order and usually ships in about 2 weeks. If your order has both a box and merch, they may ship separately.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Rates and delivery

Shipping rates and delivery options are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and your location.

Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll fix it.

Damaged, lost or missing

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking stops moving for 7 days, email us and we'll make it right. See our refund policy for details.
